I noticed in the Aspen release there is a new field in computer called 'chassis type'. There already was a field called 'form factor'. They look the same. How should these fields be used? What's the difference in them?

It looks like the Probe/Sensor for Windows Hardware and also the HelpTheHelpDesk script have been updated to populate the "chassis_type".
If I recall, you had to add a WMI probe/sensor to populate the "form factor" in the past.
Very nice to have this built-in now!
