Chat defaults to Live Agent

Hi, 

 

I have a Virtual Agent and Live Agent enabled. When I'm testing topics in Designer everything works as it should. 

However, when I move to the user portal and open chat it defaults to Live Agent, skipping VA completely as if it was no enabled at all.

I'm pretty sure I'm missing some fairly simple configuration, but I just cannot figure it out....
