Checkboxes mandatory

Hi,

I have a requirement where there are 4 checkboxes and the user wants all of them to be mandatory. If any one of them is not mandatory the form should not be submitted and also there should be a message below all the checkboxes that the selection is mandatory for this. 

How to achieve this?

This has worked. I have tried to make individual labels before every checkbox and then making the checkbox mandatory using the OOB provided feature selection required.
