Hello ServiceNow Community,
I'm trying to grant access for our Asset Manager to the CI Class Manager module under Configuration. I added the role needed to the "CI Class Manager" module and they can now see the option on the left nav menu, but when they click on it they get the error "you do not have permissions to this application". Reaching out to the community to ask what I could be missing here. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Yeah... to illuminate Rohan's point a little bit. If you put a new role on the CI Class Manager module, you're really only giving access to the clickable link... not the underlying database CRUD operations.
But I can't stress enough: Lets flesh out what we want our Asset Manager to be doing on the CMDB before giving the keys to the kingdom!!

Rohan and Robert - Thank you for your prompt responses. Looking to only give "read" access if possible...

When you click on CI Class Manager module, it will open SP page ciModel.do.
As as customer, we don't have access to widget code for ciModel.do.

Sachin
