Does anyone know how to configure cloning so that the Employee Center is also cloned? Currently, our clone process does not include the portal, and it remains with the old configurations.

Hi @Yogita11_
In Clone profile we mention which tables need to exclude or preserve from clone. Please check the same or if prod also has old config it means you need to enable the required properties to enable new look n feel. Please share screenshot what is old config in your instance.

Hi,
PROD have the different configurations and Dev have different. But when we do the clone simply PROD is not reflecting there.
Do you have any idea, which table or what configuration should I do in clone profile so the portal is also get cloned?

Hi @Yogita11_
Clone means copy and paste. Please check the clone profile --> preserve and excluded tables. If the table is either of this, then clone will not override.
