Clone needs to skip LDAP and Mid server

Scheduled a clone from prod over dev and needs to exclude/skip the LDAP and mid server overwritten. 

how to acheive this ?

and the user homepage preferences and themes as well

Hi,

 

You can preserve the data in "clone_data_preserver" table which comes under System Clone->Clone Defination

 

You can also refer to ServiceNow Doc "Data preservation on cloning target instances (servicenow.com)" for more insights.
