User not able to share reports with another user

Hello,

 

User created reports and wanted to share those reports with other users and groups. But, he is not able to view share to users & groups options. Please suggest

Hi ,

 

That person might not have report sharing roles.

Report_admin and report_group role user's can share report among themselves.

 

Ideally we do not give report_admin to everyone hence report_group should be the perfect one to provide to any ITIL user.
