CMDB tables with large data not loading

Hi, 

we have around 100 million records in our CMDB tables and it's taking a lot of time while trying to access any of these tables. We already have indexing setup, however it's not of a much help. Wondering how of the customer who have the large data are managing the cmdb with large data as ours?
