Comments are printing twice in Service Request

Hi Team,

I have created a business rule and i am not using current.update() in the code. But still comments are entering twice in service request. Kindly help me asap.

Also could you tell who and from where the 1st comment is getting added to the record?

the first comment is added to the service request.

Hi @Arun91,

 

I would suggest you to check if there is any workflow/flow or Business rule attached to RITM is adding any additional comments. You need to narrow down the places from where your request is getting updated. This should give you the reason of duplicate comments.
