committed update set not showing the data in the Maintain items

Good morning, 

 

I created Catalog items, and captured in my update set in Dev instance. I moved it to ServiceNow Prod. I can see it is in the retrieved update set and showing as committed in Prod, however the Catalog item is not showing in Maintain Items.

Can you please advise what can i try to make it visible in my maintain items?

Can you check you have captured everything in the update set, can you share your customer updates which you have captured in the update set

 

 

Yes i have captured everything in the update set . For example -

Generally this issue happened when update set changed ( may be my mistake) and changes not captured. Check is all stuff captured and if yes, try to move the item again from xml way.
