Compose Email - Add attachment is not showing Attach file from Record options

Hello Everyone,
Hope you all are doing well.
I was doing some research and trying to learn bit about ServiceNow and came across the below interesting scenario.
In Agent Workspace, If I open a incident and click on Compose Email --> Click on Attachment + Add File link It will show two option (As shown in below screenshots).
1. From Computer (It will insert attachment from local system)
2. From Record(It will insert attachment from the related record)
Now if I open the same incident in backend ( Application navigator -> Incident - > Open -> Open an record), and If I try to send an email, It is not showing the above two options (As shown in below screenshots).
Email template looks like below
Now I want the Email template in backend to be same as the compose email template showing in Agent Workspace view (backend view should show From Computer and From Record).
I know it is OOT functionality in Agent workspace to show case these two option but Is there a we can make these two options visible in Backend from template view as well?
I tried looking for this in community but unfortunately couldn't find any. Any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated.

@Ankur Bawiskar Any suggestions or guidance on this. I tried looking for the logic to find from where the two options are coming in Agent workspace but couldn't find any.
