Country code showing 10 options only in customer_contact table even though there are 232 choices

Hello Everyone,

We have the country_code field which is from sys_user table which have all the country codes and choices oob the same field is present on the customer_contact table(oob )
but when i see choices i could only see 10 choices but when i check the choices i could see there are 232 options why is that?
And if i want one more choice from that 232 to show which will be 11 choices in this table what i need to do

okay okay got it my miss it was inactive true other values.
