Configure Global Search to Search for records

I have 3 Configuration Item in my system with name as:

1. Test1234

2. Test12

3. Test

In Yokohama when I try to do a global search in ServiceNow by searching only 'Test' then it shows the CI with 'Test'. But now my requirement is that when I search for 'Test' via global search it should show me all the CIs in my instance starting with 'Test'. So it show me all the 3 above CIs.
Can someone please help me on how I can achieve this

I would check the configuration in System Properties > Global Text Search.
