I've completed Part 1 but don't know where to start to complete Part 2 for the IU Policy

Hi 

actually i am getting error on part 1:

Please validate that fields inherited from the task table are mandatory on the incident form only.

 

but i did all the fields mandatory [ Caller, Category, Subcategory, Configuration item, Assignment group and Short description ] but still getting error in part 1.

 

can you help me with this

Hey, the same for me. Were you able to solve the issue?

Any luck on this? Trying to figure this out and apparently the course hasn't been updated AT ALL to make the instructions more clear. I've created dictionary overrides for the task table fields, and I've made the incident table fields mandatory, and it still seems to think they're mandatory for more than just the incident form. Garbage training courses and simulator instructions.

Hi, have you found the solution for this? I am also at the same state, got stuck here.

I am having trouble with

 

2. Using a UI Policy, make the Assigned to field mandatory for all States values except "New" or "Canceled"
