Configure Reclassification System properties - CMDB Micro certification

Please help me out, how to solve this part of cmdb certification as i need to create reclassification tasks first for upgrade, downgrade & switch. Please find the attach and guide me. Thanks in advance!!!

I am very new to service now and struggled to find out how to get into the system properties to view the list, for anyone else unsure of this I figured it out, If you go In the Navigation filter enter sys_properties.list and the list will appear, you then need to filter to find the glide.class options you need to change to false

Thank you KJ! Im new to the back-end of Servicenow and the hardest part is knowing where to go to be able to do some of these labs. I wish Servicenow would specify the path of where you need to start from in every lab or provide a master list of paths to navigate around in Servicenow.
