Configure the Now Assist in the platform

i want to enable the now assist in fully level in the platform, how to kickstart the configuring the now assist in sevicenow.

Now Assist is not available on PDI and if you want to set up in client instance, you might take help from SN or go though now assist trainings.

You need to install the app from ServiceNow Store. This is paid app so make sure your client is happy to pay for it or have the license for it.

Once you have the apps installed, you can navigate to now assist admin console and enable the skills you want, its quite straight forward and I can help you if you face any issue when you are there.

Is your question related to a company instance or PDI?

If company instance: First question which is for most companies a deal breaker... do you have the licensing?
If PDI, that's not possible, though you can request a lab instance: Request your Now Assist Lab Instance!
