Configuring 'Edit' button in the incident related list of the case form in csm/fsm workspace

Hi Everyone,

 

I have a requirement. As we know that there is a 'Edit' button in the incident related list of case form in the Native UI. But I need the 'Edit' button to appear in the CSM/FSM workspace.

 

I referred the below article and got the 'Edit' button. But when I try to update the incident records, it is not adding

I have manually created the 2 incident records.

Ideally the 2 records should be on the right side of the slush bucket when the edit is clicked. But no record appears. If I try to add incident record to the right, it is not adding in the related list.

 

I used declarative action with action model as related list.

Please let me know what I am missing and help me resolve on this one.

When I move the incident record from left to right, it is not updating in the incident related list in the csm workspace
