When caller_id.field_staff is true in an incident, add 'Rugged Device' model category which is assigned to the caller in the asset field automatically. If there are multiple Rugged Devices, please allow there to be Mandatory drop-down with the multiple options. The asset field references the 'alm_asset' table where different model categories are present. How can I configure this?
