In the old "listview" incidents are displayed under the History tab with in the first line (the title) the text Incident and in the second line (the subtitle) the Short Description of the incident.
When we open Service Operations Workspace and look under the History tab incidents are displayed with in the first line (the title) the text Service Operation Workspace and in the second line (the subtitle) the Number of the incident.
How can we change the title and subtitle which are displayed when recently opened incidents are displayed under the History tab in Service Operations Workspace?
