Continual Improvement - Best option to link CIM Coordinator to auto fill?

In Continual Improvement Management (CIM) - is there any possibility to link CIM Coordinator with Business Service or Business Process or Assignment Group table so if anyone selects that then it automatically fills CIM Coordinator field? I am looking for expert opinion on if I link it then what will be the best practice

Thank you for your response. I have gone through this already and did not find anything useful as the link directs to the Continual Management process as it is by default, it does not cover this aspect.
