Apologies if this is the wrong board. Hopefully this is a simple answer. Is it possible to control who can see survey results per survey? For example, we have one ITSM survey that goes out when incidents are closed, and another HR survey that goes out when HR cases are closed. Is it possible to control who can see results of each survey independently?

Hi,
Possible, yes I'm sure it's possible.
But it seems like you will have to configure appropriate ACLs yourself.
It looks like the OOB ACLs grants access to the entire response-results regardless of what app-scope generated them. I could be wrong, this isn't something I've looked into.
Reference to the Docs.

Thank you. Yes I am under the impression that OOB roles give access to all survey results. Was hoping there was an easy config somewhere where you could lock individual survey results to individual groups of people. Maybe that is more than this survey feature was designed for in ServiceNow 🙂

Hi @AverageAdmin,
it will need to be specified in the ACL (the most secure and easiest way).
So you can check it from there
