Copy an entire catalog item to another instance

Hello,

I wish in one click, to move an entire catalog item (form, variables , categories , policies , script ...) to another instance.

I know I can record in an update set, but that means I have to modify all items in the catalog to record them in the update set. It's not feasable. 

How I can do that easily ?

Check out this utility on Share - it allows to "push" a record to an update set with all its dependencies.
