Copy change details in the change task

Hi All,

I have a requirement to create a UI action to copy change Planned start and end date, short description, description in the change task.

Please help in this.

OOTB, when you create the change task from change, few fields already get copied and you can modify the same UI action to add dates as well.

There is no UI action written for Change Task OOTB.

I checked that as well. No fields are been copied to change task from change.
