Copy change details in the change task

Hi All,

I have a requirement to create a UI action to copy change Planned start and end date, short description, description in the change task.

Please help in this.

It is configured in change properties, add the dates fields here

Change task Planned start date and end date(planned_start_date and planned_end_date) field name is different from the change request(start_date and end_date).
