copy incident

We have a requirement copy Incident 

we have OOB UI action 

when we have copied the same function and  use this as a  button 

It is not working at all , can some one please guide me how do i fix this ?

The created button itself is not working whenever I am clicking on that , there is No response

Hi @pramn,

I guess you used Insert and stay option and created  a new UI action 
Instead of that check the checkbox Form Button in OOB UI action and make that newly created UI action inactive.

Inactive the UI Action that you have created and make Active = true for 'Form Button' in OOB UI Action.
