Copy large Attachment files in a custom table

Glide the attachment from sys_attachment table, move the attachment that is more that 100kb to u_attachment_azure table and then the original record from rob table will be deleted

What is the question? What did you not understand? Or did you just drop any project requirement here hoping someone would do your job for free?

Apart from that: This "requirement" makes no sense. In ServiceNow all attachments are store in only one place and you cannot change that. So instead of asking for the solution you should better explain the reason and the underlying business requirement.
