Hello all,
I have two records named as ServiceNow HelpDesk and ServiceNow Helpdesk
when try to delete both records I am getting error like
"Deleting ServiceNow HelpDesk is not allowed because it is referenced in record ServiceNow HelpDesk within the Software publisher table"
can anyone please guide me why I am facing this issue.

You have a related record preventing you from deleting the company record.

  1. Open the Software publisher table.
  2. Search for any record having this company in any reference field pointing to the core_company table. 
  3. Review if you can remove the reference to the ServiceNow HelpDesk company and save. There might be a reason for it to be related to this company.
  4. You should be able to delete the company record.
