Hi everyone
I need to configure a corporate email account (e.g., incident@mycompany.com) to process incoming emails using inbound email actions and generate alerts and incidents. Currently, we have restrictions on using IMAP or POP3. Can I configure this corporate email account for incoming emails using the ServiceNow Add-in for Microsoft Outlook ?
