Create one to many relationship between improvement register records

We want to establish a one to many relationship in sn_cim_register table. We have this requirement in which we want to relate CIM record A to CIM records B and C. However the relationship firstly establishes between CIM-A and CIM-B and then when we want to establish CIM-A to CIM-C, the relationship breaks as OOTB behavior.

The OOB we shouldn't touch as its meant for simple mappings. Please try creating a custom relationship table.

Create a new table (e.g., u_cim_relationship) with fields:
Parent CIM (reference to sn_cim_register)
Child CIM (reference to sn_cim_register)
This way, you can insert multiple rows for the same parent.
