Create a Knowledge article from a HTML file

I have a html file. I want to create a KB article from this html file content. How to do that ?

I want to attach or upload a html file only and the KB article will be created as per html file content. That solution you proposed here is like to insert html code directly into body.

I guess that is not possible in OOB. The only option is you can copy and paste the HTML code in body.
