Hi @Shashi K,
This is easily achieved if you set the 'Table' to 'CIs Affected' (task_ci) under the 'Data' tab when setting up the report.

Data tab:
Under the 'Configure tab' you can configure the report to either the 'Count' (total number of CI's) or 'Average.
- The key additional configuration is to set the filter as highlighted below so that the 'Task number' starts with 'CHG' meaning we only show Affected CI which are related to a change request.

Hi @Shashi K
If you create a report on cmdb table or cmdb_ci class table it may impact performance as it pull data from many child table.
What is your exact use case
