Create A Virtual agent Topic- Failed during Validation

Hi Team,

In ServiceNow university learning am doing, on-demand Course >Virtual Agent Implementation (Xanadu).

in that > Create A Virtual agent Topic, am not able to complete it during validation getting Failed, I followed the lab guide also.

Getting a Error like below, 

After clicking on the Test this model in NLU Workbench getting below pop up message.

not able to trouble shoot this, any solution for this?
