Hello,
Can I create a self-service portal landing page that is accessible by anonymous users? Then I would like the user to have to authenticate once they request something that requires known user credentials. ie: have an IT help page publicly viewable which includes all catalog items, request options, KB's, incident reporting, etc.. However, when a user then tries to log an incident or request something that requires it, they are prompted to login.
This way I am able to provide links to information accessible to anonymous users and perhaps a link to reset passwords outside of the SN password reset app.
If this is documented somewhere for the Madrid release, please point me in the right direction.
Thank you,
Jason

Is this possible currently? The link is broken.
