Create single report for Incident and Catalog task table

Hi All,

I need to update Unassigned Incidents card data to show sc_task table records also. OOB, it shows unassigned incidents only.

How can we do that?  Please give your thoughts.

Also, is it possible to create database view for sc_task and incident table so that I can use it for this?

I am not entirely sure i got your requirement? You can report on task table to get both Incident and Catalog task.

Please apply the below filter:-

Yes, I did it already, but it is not showing sc_task record when click on view all while in chart it shows correct number of records.

Any suggestion please?

But when click on view all it shows only incident records.
