Create single report for Incident and Catalog task table

Hi All,

 

I need to update Unassigned Incidents card data to show sc_task table records also. OOB, it shows unassigned incidents only.

How can we do that?  Please give your thoughts.

 

Also, is it possible to create database view for sc_task and incident table so that I can use it for this?

When you click on it which view does it takes to? Also does it take to the task table? Is catalog task even configured for that container? I see the container name is unassigned incident?

Hi,

 

It is in Service Operations Workspace and yes I have defined filter conditions on task table as shared in above screenshot. Yes I did not change name of container.
