Create utility to capture all configs related to table in one click except data?

I need to create a utility which will capture all the configs in a table in a single click 

for custom tables - all configs 

system table - all custom cofigs + OOB updated by external party

any help would be highly appreciated.

To build a utility to capture all the customization in a table in an update set. It has to be dynamic one so it can be reused.
