Creating KB article from service portal

Hi,

 

I have added KB articles manually as grid container in my widget in service portal page. I have asked to create a button to add more articles as different tiles in the container and show a pop-up when "add more" button is clicked. That pop-up should contain short description and article body referring to KB article form page on clicking of submit button. When clicked submit, it has to create new kb article. after creating an kb article it should add a tile on my portal page and also log article in kb article table. Can anyone help me on this.

2 things,

 

1st, the subject line says you want to create the KB from portal? May i know the use case of same? It is not recommended to create KB from portal, as portal for end user.

 

2, the description, , what wrong with the native view working as you need a pop up?
