Hi,
I am trying to create a report on the Incident table where the incident state is Resolved. From these resolved incidents, I need to capture all associated Configuration Items (CIs) and then identify and display the top 10 most frequently impacted CIs.
The requirement is:
Include all resolved incidents which is for current year
Group incidents by CI
Display the top 10 CIs based on the number of resolved incidents linked to them
Could someone please suggest the best approach to achieve this using ServiceNow reporting
Thanks in advance 😀

It shows first 10 top CI only; if you put all, you can see all the CI.
