Creating Request Tickets from SOW

Right now in the SOW, we can create new incident tickets. But I don't see a way for us to have the functionality to create new request tickets not tied to existing incidents. Is that something that can be done? Currently our IT teams create incidents in SOW, but create requests from our front end Service Portal that takes them to the Service Catalog.

Any ideas?

In this video, I go over configuring the "+" icon in the service operations workspace, This can also be extended to other workspaces as well. The process essentially involves adding specific JSON to the chrome_tab UX Page Property of your workspace.

Ideally, that would be great when you hit the + to start a new ticket if it would let you choose whether you wanted to start an incident or a request. But I'm not picky. I just need a way for them to be able to start a brand new request ticket from SOW without having to go to the front end of our production instance.
