Custom Relationship or Related List is not showing in Service Portal

I have a Custom Relationship AQCC Category, the 'AQCC Category' is showing in Admin Console but the Relationship or Related List is not showing in Service Portal? I am not sure why, much appreciated if any one help on the same.

 

I have verified the same record in Admin Console or in Service Portal.

Hi Sarah,

 

Please check what view is in use on portal and what is in use on native side. If you have multiple views, switching the view would help solve the problem.
