Custom search functionality in service portal using only two tables

Hello,

 

My requirement is to show search results on the service portal from two OOB tables i.e. Product Model & Case.
I am using OOB widget 'Typeahead Search' and I have done few changes to portal search application.
Please see below screen shots.

After all that customization/configuration, it is showing me below result on search of any item.

Please help me in this requirement.

Note: we are not using any catalog items or knowledge article. Need search results only for two tables i.e. Product Model & Case

It appears that the search is returning one accessory. Could this be related to a role issue? Can you verify if the user performing the search has the appropriate permissions or roles to access the required information?

Hi Omkar,

Thanks for the reply.
I have 'admin' role and I'm trying to search that accessory. So I believe it cannot be a role issue.
