custom variable not visible in item->try view

Hi All,

I have added normal HTML in a widget and added this to a custom variable->Widget. When I put it into try view, other variables are visible but not this one.

In Widget:-
<div>
  Service Catalog variable
  <button>Check button</button>
</div>

Variable:-

Any one please help me on this how I can view something with that widget !!!!

Whatever you have implemented through widget it will show on portal view on on native view.
Please elaborate your requirement.

Hi @chandan15,

The widgets will be available for service portal not Native UI/ platform UI.

You need to create UI macro and add to Macro field. Then you can be able to view same thing in Native UI/ platform UI.
