Dashboard as a Default Landing Page

Hi All,

Before upgrading my instance to Washington DC, the default landing page for all users was the last dashboard they visited. Also all users was redirected to this dashboard when they clicked the logo on the banner. Now, after upgrading, the users are being redirected to a workspace instead (landing page and when clicking the banner icon).

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Please update below User preferences - "ui16.last_visited_dashboard" 

Set it to All to reflect for "All" for global changes to reflect for all the users.
