Dashboard banner/message

Is it possible to add a temporary banner / message to a dashboard so that the people that use this dashboard can see that message?  thanks

Indeed you can - Content Blocks are the solution.

Thanks Paul.. But didnt really see in the article where a banner / message can be added across the dashboard.. but will keep looking
