Dashboard showing Report only visible to a specific user or group

Hi all,

I have a dashboard that was created by someone. The person who created this dashboard is able to see the reports but the people with whom the dashboard is shared with are unable to see anything.

Can you please help. I have attached a screenshot for reference.

Dashboard is shared which is fine , but did you check whether the individual reports are shared to those users or groups

if not please try sharing which might work

Hi,

Check if the user has access to the underlying data of the dashboard. May be there is an ACL which might be restricting read access to the data.

where can i see and check the ACL that restricting to view other user my dashboard created...

You need to enable visibility for each report, also check ACLs for the same,if users has adequate read access for those report records
