Dashboard ACL/Role Rules
I have the following scenario: a user made a copy of a dashboard from another one they already had access to. In the original dashboard, everything works normally—the user can edit and manipulate it without restrictions.
However, in the copied dashboard, the user cannot edit the title. They can change other elements normally, but specifically the title cannot be modified, even though they are the creator of both dashboards.
Several additional roles were tested for the user, but none of the permissions below allowed the title to be changed.
Roles tested:
report_admin
pa_dashboard
dashboard_admin
My question is:
How do I grant the necessary permission so that the user can change the title of the copied dashboard? Is there a specific ServiceNow ACL that causes this behavior? Do I need to add a specific role?

Hi @PolyannaS ,
You can navigate to Dashboard Administration module, search for the duplicate dashboard and modify the name.
