Hi Community,
I created a database view between sys_audit and change_request as we need to report on those change requests that has been extended [planned start/end date have been changed], however I cannot make it to work. Anyone who can advise what is the correct where clause for this database view?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Ramel

Hi @Ramel
If the record is still in open state. try to change the second to capture teh change. As far i know, it work for new records.

@Ramel - unfortunately I don't think there is a good way of creating metric instances for historical data.
You may be able to create them using a script that would query the Audit table but once again, I wouldn't recommend querying the Audit table.
If it's not a 'must', I would just start collecting data from now on.

Hi @Ramel
I tried at my end and same issue. I think best way is create metric (2 metrics - one for plan start and 2nd for plan end date) and you will get the change details.
