DataDog To Servicenow Integration

Hi ,

 

I have configured Datadog  to servicenow integration following this document https://docs.datadoghq.com/integrations/servicenow/?tab=itomitsmintegration

 

I am able to get incidents from data dog pushed into servicenow ,but as per document State change, impact and urgency are bi directional . Servicenow is not updating State, impact and urgency in Datadog

Facing issue while authentication ( Basic and oauth2). Every time they are broken the connection. Do you know how to resolve this.

I having facing issue- There are issues in your ServiceNow configuration. Invalid ServiceNow credentials for <instance name>.

Tried for both (Basic and oauth2) every time connection broken. Do you know how to solve this.
