Hi Community,
I’m running into a global issue with all date-time pickers in our instance:
Symptom:
Calendar renders the header (month / year) and “1”, but the rest of the grid is blank.
Time section appears but is not clickable.
Screenshot attached for reference.
Where it happens:
Native UI forms
Service Portal catalog items, record producers, and widgets
Works the same (broken) in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, including incognito.
Environment details:
No UI Script or CSS overrides applied recently.
Using the out-of-box glide_date_time field type and the standard sp-date-time-picker widget.
Tested with a brand-new Date/Time variable on an empty catalog item → still broken.
What I’ve tried so far:
verified all client scripts & UI policies affecting the field.
Cleared browser cache, tried different browsers/machines.
Checked browser console – no JS errors related to the picker.
Verified field dictionaries (all are Date/Time).
Compared against an untouched Personal Developer Instance (that instance works fine).
Questions
Has anyone seen this across the entire instance before?
Could this be tied to a missing / corrupted UI script?
Any known hotfixes or PRBs for blank calendars in Xanadu or later?
Is there a way to re-load the date-picker?
Any pointers or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Puneet

Looks like some upgrade/update issue. Try to repair the SOW plugin once and see if the issue get resolved. try cache.do as well else log a Now Support case.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi Atul,
We are migrating from one servicenow instance to another instance our target instance has the issue and this issue has persisted for the past 1 year. I'm not sure which plugin I need to check.
