Hi,
Has anybody experience implementing com.snc.esign (E-signature) on RITM with two documents needed to be signed from the requester?
Example Flow:
1. User submitted a catalog item
2. SCTASK 1 generated and started working and fulfillment and before closure ask user to sign a document.
3. SCTASK 2 generated and started working and fulfillment and before closure ask user to sign a document.
Note: User might not have access to SCTASK because they might not have any roles. So creating a SCTASK and assigned to user is not possible.
Has anyone experience this scenario?
Thanks,
Tads

Hi Abbas, yeah I already performed those steps.
The signature template was on sc_request. However our use case is every before task closure we will ask for the user's signature. And by default when the user signed the document the record gets automatically closed.
